BioI was challenged by a documentary photographer to be both the subject and the observer of my life. This is the result. The only theme to this journal is random moments of my day. The entries could be snippets of conversation, recipes, menus, an anecdote, or simply pictures. I've set rules for this project: 1. no manipulating "scenes" or pictures. The moment stays "as is". 2. Keep this journal PG 13 and under as it will be public. 3. Don't expect any particular outcome - just let it flows and see what develops.
I am married and living in the suburbs of Nashville. I'm one of the few people in this town who isn't a musician. I'm a massage therapist but do it only part-time. My 9-5 job is as a director for a non-profit, which I love. I'm passionate about photography. I love soup and ice cream (but not together). In my "spare" time I enjoy cooking, road trips, writing letters, entertaining friends, throwing parties, finding small adventures, long bubble baths, documentaries and reading. I try to maintain balance of rest and work in my daily life - and sometimes I succeed.
I actually have a long history on lj, but I prefer to not mention that journal as it is a bit more private. If must know the address of the other journal, email me.
Anyone is welcome to add me as a friend or read and participate with comments to become part of my day. There's no formal "ask" procedure. If you are family or close friends who chose to read this - remember that it IS a choice and if you don't like it, I didn't ask for your opinion. Just close the browser and move on.
